Self Care for the Sitting Crowd
Join Stephanie DeBou and the CEC for a day at the meditation spa: 4 hours of guided meditations, therapeutic, self-guided body work, and restorative yoga for the body and mind. Whether you are an experienced meditator or determined to keep your resolution to start, this half day urban retreat is designed to provide you with tools to fuel your existing meditation practice, or help you kickstart one. All sits will be 30 minutes in length with lots of opportunity for breaks, movement, and stretching. Social silence will be honoured throughout the day with a closing circle and discussion to finish.
