Kevin: In a dharma talk series, Dzogchen teacher James Low offered one of my favourite meditation cues ever: What’s my experience before I tell myself about my experience? And while the story of experience can lead us to believe that we live in a world made of solid and separate things, prior to the story, we may discover a unified perfection and completeness that has been hiding in plain sight all along. I look forward to exploring this with you.
