Erin: It’s the most human instinct for the mind to seek answers, to categorize and explain and project. Trouble is, that ingrained impulse to quickly judge often stops us from seeing the nuanced full picture. We’ll spend this Monday meditation getting curious about our felt experience, being with the mystery of its unfolding and trying to gently and kindly let go of our incessant need to know.
