Any time of day or night, wherever you are …and I’m not even talking about cell phones! All you need is that fantastic organ right there in your skull!
Endless fantasizing, worrying and problem solving are real. If you’re human, it’s just part of the deal. No need to feel bad about it.
What would happen if we took all that REALLY important stuff occupying our mental bandwidth and put it down for a minute? What would be left? Drab ordinary life? Boo. No thanks …but hold on, what if we gave it a chance? I can’t predict what your experience would be, but I guarantee that patiently hanging out with it will surprise you.
