Steph: Want to rid the body and mind of toxins, negative emotions and experiences, mistakes and misunderstandings, injuries and illness? The Ancient Buddhists showed us the way so many years ago with this simple but beautiful meditation that combines the power of the breath, body, and visualization to free the body and mind of all that ails it. It is known as the “cocoon meditation” and tonight we will get cozy in the cocoon of our own body, and breathe space and light into all that is, in the hopes that we might emerge on the other side feeling a little more liberated. Join us tonight for a sit at the intersection of modern mindfulness and traditional practice, where we will explore what freedom awaits.
