THEME: Let Go and Let Grow
For this final Monday meditation of 2024, we’re going to let the community be the teacher. We’ll reflect upon what we’d like to let go of as we head out of this year and share the things we’d like to encourage to grow as we transition into a new year. It’ll be a crowdsourced meditation where you can choose your level of participation – letting the reflections of others wash over you, writing down something(s) to be shared, or adding your voice to the mix.
