Kalen: We live in relationship, to everything. How we show up in our relationships matters – to us and to others. In this meditation, we’ll first explore the existing qualities inherent to relationships that are dear to us. From there we’ll practice embodying the qualities we’d like to cultivate, reminding ourselves that we do have a choice in how we show up and agency in how we relate.
