Laurie: Thich Nhat Hanh defines equanimity as equal love for all. It is not indifference or just saying “ok”. It’s saying “yes!” to everything and everyone. This is a heart that’s open wide. We can cultivate that. We can learn to open to the unwanted, to see the goodness in every moment, even the difficult ones. Without mud there is no lotus. When we see that, our experience of mud is transformed. Join us as we practise learning to love the mud!
