Tasha: We’ve all got our sacred cows: the beliefs and identities and very serious ideas about who we are and how we should be. Even (especially?) while meditating, we tiptoe around our selves and how we’re perceived. Well, not this week, friends! This week we’re gunna poke ’em and prod ‘em and see what they’re really made of… and maybe even giggle with relief when they fall away into spontaneous whatever-this-is!
