Join Stephanie DeBou and the CEC for an online afternoon at the meditation spa: 4 hours of guided meditations, therapeutic, self-guided body work, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra. Whether you are an experienced meditator or new to the practice and wanting to go deeper, this half day urban retreat is designed to provide you with tools to reinvigorate your existing meditation practice, or help you kickstart one. All sits will be approximately 30 minutes in length with lots of opportunity for breaks, movement, breathwork, and stretching. We will finish the day with a yoga nidra practice (in its essence a meditation we can do lying down), and plant the seeds of spring for transformation. Social silence will be honoured throughout the day with a closing circle and discussion to finish.
