TEACHER: Tasha Schumann
MEDITATION THEME: Steeping in Imagination
Tasha: Imagination has been used for millennia as a way to fast-track personal transformation. It turns out, when we steep ourselves in imagination (not just visualizing but feelizing too) we can develop the muscle memory for new ways of being. In this practice, we’ll explore a process of multi-sensory role-modelling for embodied change. Adapted from the Tibetan practice of Vajrayana/Tantra, this particular practice was developed by research-practitioner Dr. Joe Loizzo to help patients transform fear and isolation into hope and clarity.
