Kevin: Various teachings and traditions remind us that, as a matter of experience, there is no such thing as the future. If we look for the future in our experience, what we find are ideas, imaginings, thoughts, and feelings arising and interacting now – always and only happening now. In tonight’s practice we’ll invite the future into the present moment and see what relief, insight, or freedom might emerge.
