Erin: For some, the emotional body is an ever present companion, for others it’s an elusive aspect of experience. In this meditation, we’ll evoke our embodied feelings, learning where they live, then practice finding grounding and perspective when things get rough. In the second half, we’ll discuss a trauma-informed approach to meditation practice, and do some partner exercises to amp up our mindful self-compassion.
