Avi: The Greek philosopher Plato argued that everything exists in relation to the Good. Truth, Beauty, Freedom, Love, Justice: good to have, seek, and serve. If anything is of value, it is in virtue of the Good. To kick off this month of practices about values, we meditate upon the Good.
