Erin : For our sit we’re not going to sit. Instead, we’ll explore letting go of our traditional meditation postures and laying our bodies down. Can we find clarity in relaxation? Can we relax at all in a room full of other recliners? Can we stay awake for all 35 minutes? Join us and find out! Once we’re nice and relaxed, the interactive practice will involve the somewhat terrifying prospect of looking at one another, seeing what comes up, and watching it go.
