Join the Consciousness Explorers Club teaching team as we start 2026 fresh at this New Year’s Meditation retreat. We’ll explore practices that wake us up and settle us down and renew our commitment to practice for another year!

Friday, January 9

8:15-9:30pm: Spiritual Practice is Art Practice with Jeff Warren – True equanimity and the open-ended playfulness of practice
Saturday, January 10

9:30 -10:45am How to find love – a user’s guide to fingertips with James Maskalyk
11:15am- 12:30pm The New Year’s Bardo with Tasha Schumann – An elemental unraveling and a wild rebirth
12:30 – 2pm lunch break
2-3:15pm Embodied Radiance with Jude Star – Uplift your practice with an embodied radiant awareness.
3:45-5:00pm A Long Winter’s Nap: Rise up Rested with Stephanie DeBou – Gentle movement, breathwork, and a guided yoga Nidrā practice.
5-7pm dinner break
7-8:15pm “By all means, move at a glacial pace:” with Joss Willsbrough –somatics, intuitive stretching and breathing, befriending change
8:30-10pm Dance in the New: music and movement meditation party

Participants are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible, but we understand if time zone or life calls you away sometimes! Please design a retreat experience for yourself as best suits your life and practice. The session recordings will be sent to all participants after the retreat.
This weekend retreat is being offered on a “pay what you’re able to” model, with a wide sliding scale to accomodate all income ranges. The funds will go toward supporting the CEC and helping to expand programming and extend the benefits of practice to more people.The CEC is a registered not-for-profit with the mission of making meditation and personal growth practices fun and accessible to all.
