MEDITATION THEME: Simple as 1, 2, 3…
Erin: Counting breaths, or just counting numbers, is a dead simple practice. Like many practices, simple but not easy. For me, though, it is comforting. It’s what I turn to on groggy early morning sits and heightened anxious moments. You are invited to sit on a late January night in a room full of actual other humans all being quiet and counting in their heads, and losing count, and starting again. Doesn’t that sound like fun?
