THEME: Good Vibrations

Sound Healing

The CEC welcomes a special guest from BC, our friend Cary Wright: sound healer, hakomi therapist, and qi gong practitioner, among other teacherly talents. Leave your rational hat at the door, activate your imagination and tune in to some good vibrations. In part one, we’ll get concentrated and track the effects of sound healing on our experience as we meditate. All live music, this ain’t no playlist. In part two, we’ll cook up a hot and steamy pot of alchemical soup. In other words, Cary will lead us in a gentle movement and interactive group practice that will bring us into our bodies in a relaxed and interesting way. Bon appetit!
