THEME: Simplicity – All Roads Lead Home
Kevin: Does it sometimes feel like our practice pulls us into the weeds? It’s easy to get tangled up in fancy concepts and language, chasing insights and believing that the deepest rewards of practice depend on mastering all the various traditions, techniques, and modalities. This pursuit of the “right” path can lead us to wander a fractured landscape, feeling confused, lost and disconnected from ourselves, our bodies, and the simple truth: all techniques develop the same skills—all roads lead home.
Tonight, we’ll set aside the complexity and rest in simplicity. We’ll invite our bodies and minds to merge into wholeness by simply focusing attention on an anchor in the body*, and let the rewards and insights unfold naturally.
