Erin: Probably the greatest healing gift that meditation practice has given me is an embodied knowledge of impermanence. In the context of chronic mental health struggles, that’s been an actual life saver for me. When things are at their bleakest, there’s now a part of me that knows I won’t feel like that forever, allowing me to hang on until something changes. Which it always does. In tonight’s meditation, we’ll track the subtle changes in our experience, in the hopes of boosting our connection to the ever-changing nature of everything.
