Half Day Urban Retreat

Join the Consciousness Explorers Club for a half-day mindfulness and meditation retreat. Focus will be on silent practice – ie, only judicious guidance from interfering “teachers.” Four hours of silence in the heart of the city, alternating between sitting and walking meditations. Those who like can join us for a social dinner afterwards.
